Terms and Conditions

• Full payment required at the time of booking to secure your place.
• If Loving Baby Massage cancel a class for any reason, an alternative class will be offered.
• Babies are to be under 1 year of age at the time of course completion.
• Parents must supervise and be responsible for the welfare of their babies at all times whilst attending classes.
• Parents are responsible for gaining GP or Consultants advice and clearance for baby massage if their child has any illness, injury, disability or special need prior to or during the course.
• Loving Baby Massage will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury that may occur in or outside the venue.
• Your instructor is a Certified Infant Massage Instructor with the International Association of Infant Massage.
• Your instructor is DBS checked.
• Your instructor is covered by Malpractice and Professional Liability, Public and Products Liability insurance up to £5,000.000.
• All discussion content shared between attending parents should be kept confidential.
• Photographs will only be taken with the written consent of parents.
• Loving Baby Massage respects your rights to privacy and will protect the general information which you have provided in your booking form to attend a course. We will not share your information with 3^rd parties, and will protect your data from misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure and alteration to the best of its ability.
• If Covid-19 restrictions means our face to face classes have to be cancelled, all remaining classes will be held online via Zoom.

Cancellation Process

• Cancellation within 14 days of the course start date or withdrawing during a course is classed as a cancellation and no refund for the course or remaining classes will be given. An alternative course will be offered subject to availability.
• Cancellation of the course outside of 14 days will receive a full refund minus £10.00 administration fees.

We understand that on occasion a class may be missed. We are under no obligation to refund missed classes. Our costs remain the same regardless of attendance. An alternative class can be arranged subject to availability.
